This is one word everyone hopes for, but lots of times we never get to hear them. The very quintessence of communication and the flavor of companionship is when we get to share the treasures of our minds with each other.

Communication* is an act of using words sounds, signs, or behaviors to express or exchange information or to express ideas, thoughts, feelings to someone else.

Communication is a vital part of human life and it really doesn’t end.

Forms of communication

types-of-communicationThere are various ways of communicating but I essentially want to elucidate verbal communication.

Verbal communication is the sharing of information between individuals by using speech. In fact, while talking there’s more to words playing out. The facial expressions, the tone and the manner during the communication is very essential. I guess that’s why verbal communication seems take an indispensable place in our daily activity.

The problem with squashing verbal communication is very multifaceted:

  • Instead of passing clear information, the signals you send out usually gets misinterpreted and brews discontentment in the recipient.
  • Sometimes people around may not be as sensitive as you anticipate, well that leaves brewing with emotions all day without receiving any attention… that is equally very exasperating.
  • There’s also a very important sequela of mutism, it gradually tips the participants into loneliness, Depression and Suicidal thinking. Hmm, as important as these are, they often go neglected and its sufferers continue to debilitate.

Well, I could go on and on about the need to talk to people around you, and my reasons will be infinite, but most importantly to stay healthy, do open up to your loved ones when they say TALK TO ME.
