Dallas/Fort Worth, (August 22, 2017) – Bring the entire family for a day of absolute fun in Grand Prairie, Texas.

A Taste of Nigeria is an all day festival to celebrate Nigeria’s Independence (October 1, 1960) and showcase her Culture through the Art & History, Food, Music, Dance, Comedy, Soccer, Fashion, and Market. Nigeria has never been closer as ARISPOP brings Nigeria to YOU.

This outdoor event will kick off at 12 noon with a soccer game, a mix of dance performances, fashion show with several designers and tribal attires, comedy performance, drama skit, Nollywood Cinema featuring Nigerian movies, a forum on the issues facing Nigeria and a variety of live music performances by singers, band and disc jockey.

Presale tickets are Kids $3 and Adults $5; Tickets at the door are Kids $5 and Adults $10.  Bring pocket money to purchase food, drinks, art, clothes, and other items from the Market. A Taste of Nigeria is an Annual event produced by Arispop for the Nigerian community and other nationalities that have an interest in Nigeria and/or the African Culture.
