Why Abortion should not be an option

Do you know that almost everyone is directly or indirectly affected by abortions.

Do you know that abortion is the worst child abuse especially when it’s done because of the mere excuse of wrong timing?

According to the article published by ABORTIONNO, it was expressed that
“since 1973, more than 56 million preborn babies have been destroyed due to the legalization of abortion in the United States. That’s more people than the entire population of Spain.
Given the current abortion rate, 1 baby is aborted every 30 seconds and 120 babies are aborted every hour.

This means that by the time you finish reading one of our anti abortion articles dozens more preborn babies will be lost. And that’s just in the United States. The volume of death represented by abortion is staggering.
Abortion is killing on a genocidal scale.”

But here are reason why abortion shouldn’t be an option:

Asides the usual, “it might lead to death”, Dr. Janet Daling and her colleagues conducted a study funded by the National Cancer Institute to explore the connection between abortion and breast cancer. They found that a woman’s risk of developing breast cancer was 50% higher if she had had an abortion. If a woman had had an abortion in her teenage years, then the risk was 100% higher. Get more details on the abortion-breast cancer link from our articles on abortion.

Clearly, if the number of women who have lost their lives to breast cancer that developed as a consequence of a past abortion were included among maternal deaths owing to legal abortion, the death toll for mothers who choose to terminate their pregnancies would be much higher.

Secondly is the issue of infertility, for many women, it is merely a matter of wrong timing that leads them to choose an abortion. They want to have children but often they get pregnant before they are ready.

However, unbeknownst to them, they may never have this opportunity. One of the risks of abortions is secondary infertility. This means that a woman who has previously conceived a child is no longer able to. Abortions can both directly and indirectly affect fertility. Directly a surgical abortion can cause scaring of the uterine. In addition, a small percent of pregnancies are ectopic. This means that the fertilized egg plants itself somewhere outside of the uterine cavity.

A pregnancy test will still come up positive and a girl can go in to get an abortion. She will leave thinking that she is no longer pregnant, not to mention all of the damage that she undergoes having her uterine scraped out needlessly. If she does not recognize that she is still pregnant in time, her fallopian tube could rupture causing hemorrhage and making her infertile, if she survives.

Another issue that comes with abortion is that of its psychological effects, Common side effects are thoughts of self-harm and suicide, increase in dangerous activities, depression, inability to perform normal self-care activities, difficulty sleeping, panic disorders, eating disorders, codependence, abusive parenting, or overly protective parenting, compulsivity in work or sex, and the list goes on and on.

Another side effect of abortion is sexual dysfuntion,The studies that are available on this subject indicate that women who have had an abortion are more likely to suffer from sexual dysfunction than women who have not.

Therefore Abortion shouldn’t be the best solution for women who find themselves in situations of unwanted pregnancy, instead seek for support and give that child an opportunity to live.
