EPL action came back with lots of thrills and goals. It all began at Selhurst Park with Crystal Palace welcoming Tony Pulis side, West Brom.
An affair that ended with Yannick Bolasie and Yohan Cabaye goals ruining the weekend for the Hawthorns and was enough to send Crystal Palace top of the Premier League.
The first half was a cagey affair with neither side creating anything of note but wingers Bolasie and Wilfried Zaha looked dangerous.
The goal from Bolasie came with 20 minutes remaining as he headed in Yohan Cabaye’s cross.
Then in the 88th minute Cabaye converted from the spot to make it 2-0 for the host.
The win sends Palace to their highest ever league position while West Brom remain four points clear of the bottom three and recorded their first away defeat of the season.
