Noella Wiyaala: Ghanaian singer-songwriter‎ rejects $15,000 GLO ambassadorial deal

Wiyaala

Following reports of Stonebwoy ‎rejecting a $80,000 Glo ambassadorial deal on Tuesday, July 14, an older report claims, Wiyaala‎ also refused a brand ambassador offer from the multi-billion dollar telecommunication giant in May.

The reports claim Wiyaala’s rejection was no surprise, considering she currently charges around GHC 15000 for a gig including her band, and $15000 offer, is not only worth less than GHC 1000 a week but came with strings attached.‎

CypressGhana.com reports, Glo’s conditions dictated that “Make Me Dance” singer ‎could not perform at any event sponsored by a competing telecommunication company, she would charge half price for any shows performed on behalf of Glo and whilst travelling on Glo assignments, she would travel first class and her manager would travel economy class.‎
